Masking phlegmatic

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
With the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful..

I would like to recommend read the Personality Plus by Florence Littauer (ISBN 1-85424-509-0).

The book brief 4 personality type;

Choleric: This is the commander-type. Cholerics are dominant, strong, decisive, stubborn and even arrogant.

Melancholy: This is the mental-type. Their typical behaviour involves thinking, assessing, making lists, evaluating the positives and negatives, and general analysis of facts.

Sanguine: This is the social-type. They enjoy fun, socialising, chatting, telling stories - and are fond of promising the world, because that's the friendly thing to do.

Phlegmatic: This is the flat-type. They are easy going, laid back, nonchalant, unexcitable and relaxed. Desiring a peaceful environment above all else.

Positive and negative for each traits are;

  • A Choleric is focused on getting things done, but can run rough-shod over others. They are decisive and stubborn.
  • A Melancholy is a highly talented person, they have brilliant ideas, although sometimes they can paralyze themselves with over-analysis. Lists and "doing things the right way" are characteristics of this personality type.
  • A Sanguine gets on well with people and can get others excited about issues, but cannot always be relied upon to get things done. They love interacting with others and play the role of the entertainer in group interactions. They have a tendency to over-promise and under-deliver.
  • A Phlegmatic is neutral - they tend not to actively upset people, but their indifference may frustrate people. They try not to make decisions, and generally go for the status quo. They care about people and harmony.

Sales + Sold !!

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
With the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful..

I am clueless when come to close deals.. To me, everybody can sell, as long as the person has courage to speak and talent to sweeten words.. But to close a deal needs more than words, that needs skills and luck..

It happened twice to me, where I failed to close deal with very potential client.. I flop in the last stage, clueless and let the opportunity passed by.. I cant find the right word to hint closing the deal, I failed to read client's body language to determine is it a YES or NO.. True, a lot more to learn...

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

lesson learnt

Do not send freak text to ex that will hold back to past..
Before above situation happen, do not put much drama and crap into the relationship

By the way, love is enough if that is appreciated..

Happy...

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
With the name of Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful..

There were time I felt lost because I did not thank Him. I keep on sabotaging myself by comparing the life I had in Middle East to now, both financially and freedom. My doubt, unhappiness and unthankful had slowdown my pace.

Alhamdulillah, when I was in midst of losing myself, in doubt of my capability, God has enlightened me in many ways.. He showed me options when I was stuck, He killed my doubt by inspirational stories people shared, both strangers and friends and most of all, He allowed me to think and act rationally.

I prayed to him, and He had answered..

First answer:

I met group of my respectful dad's friends, professionals in Middle East. It was a common session where we talked about current nation's development from politics, to economy, sosio-culture and last business. And comparison between Malaysia and Middle East was discussed. There are pro and cons living in Malaysia and living abroad, Middle East as reported in Media is still in unrest environment after revolution movement in few Middle Eastern countries, depreciated Middle Eastern currency as compared to Malaysian Ringgit due to pegging to USD and higher unemployment and inflation rate. Malaysia otherwise is still considered home by them except to few politics development which I will not discuss any further.

At the end of the session, one of the them approached me and politely suggested me to explore golf tourism market, with fact Korean and Japense travel to Malaysia to play golf.

Second answer:

I had a break fast reunion at Al Rawsha with my fellow MMU friends, my first meeting after graduated in 2006. Apparently one of them own a travel agency and does inbound and outbound traffic. We had a casual talk about tourism, golf tourism, local industry trend and suggested to list properties in my hand with them.

I thank Allah..

I realise I need positive energy from surrounding,
And it is not fair if I do not contribute but to take,
I try to write positively,
So we can share positive energy,
Be inspired, push forward and never look back

To be an entrepreneur,
