One after another, challenges came like nobody business..
After yesterday's meeting success, my laundry re establishment didnt go as plan.. The suppose to be new staff didnt turn up, MIA and left us with no choice but to find other people..

No, I will not swear... No I will not say faulty words...
Cos April is the month of sopan santun =)

But hey,
Why can't I have a smoother run on the laundry...

p/s - but she never fail to raise me up when Im feeling down, love you!

short lease properties in Malaysia

Good news, alhamdulillah

The meeting with property owners went okay, and as of now I was given exclusive right to market 12 properties; 4 in KL, 2 in Bkt Merah Perak, 1 in Genting Highlands, 5 in Melaka and the property range from condominium/apartments to villa...

The property list will be out hopefully by end of May as now we are doing the property profile and settling legal issues with the owners...

In the meantime, we are in effort to have 2 units in Cameron Highlands and 1 more unit in KL... We will keep you all updated with the list and bookings...

Now, you pay the same rate as a hotel room to a whole unit for yourself... =)

Yesh, today I celebrated failure in life..

I was at the Laundry shop the whole day, as my beloved staff is on E/L celebrating a friend's birthday in Genting and my partner is on M/C of broken heart...

I did some calculation P&L of the shop and I am losing MYR 11k cummulatively... (Pergh boleh buat beli cincin nikah plus sewa pelamin ni)... I smiled.. YESH! I have tried and until today... I have not achieve break even on operating cost...

At time to closing... I received a call, an offer to take over the shop... I did not answer yet...

So should I?

I was introduced to a club entertainer by a friend.. She is from an ex soviet country, pretty I can say and her body language is very.... "naughty"

I can say, the wedding was the biggest (in term of number of friends who came) and the first picture taken on stage at the pelamin in front of hundred guests... Hahaha sanguine will always be sanguine... =)
