Lets share...

I changed to the new url from disposalwords.blogspot.com because I want to share my journey to establish a successful profitable business from scratch to a proud achievement, Insyaallah.

May this be a great journey as reference, I will write as transparent, informative, and easy wording.. as possible..

This started when I realise the only realistic vehicle to achive my personal goal to have a million access of assets is by running a solid profitable business..

But first, let me share 3 business that had failed in 2010.

a. Laundry business.
The laundry shop was located at a high rise, high populated area near Jalan Genting Klang Setapak. From the paperwork and number crunching, the business should be profitable in 6 months based on population of the area. However, I had overlook demographic of the population where 70% are middle low to low income earner where they will wash and dry almost everything by themselve (almot everything are carpet, bed sheet, blanket, even pillows)..

The second mistake was selection of partner and terms.. I have advanced 100% paid up capital when it was first agreed profit and investment sharing is base on 50%-50% without any proper documentation..
Trust in business is a liability if it is not being supported by proper documentation.

The business was closed after a year of operation... The business can sustain if the partner did not steal money from the shop...
